Option 2. K wire fixation and Delta frame
Pros:
a. No scar or bleeding
b. Second surgery not required for implant removal
c. Early movement can be given
d. Faster recovery and return to normal activities
Cons:
a. May not be possible to do if delay in surgery more than 7-10 days
b. May not be possible in badly comminuted fractures
